We develop genome-editing technologies and nucleic acid delivery strategies to advance treatments for genetic diseases and cancer. Based at the Institute of Pharmacology and Medical Biotechnology at the University of Zurich, we connect molecular engineering with therapeutic applications to help bring new treatments for life-threatening diseases closer to patients.
